Eagles Nest Performance Management, Inc. (ENPM) is a small, veteran-owned business headquartered in Woodbridge, VA. Originally founded in 1994 as Art Jackson Seminars (AJS), ENPM has been providing conference presentations and training for nearly three decades. The company was incorporated in June 2003, evolving its offerings to help organizations improve their performance management through strategic planning and management solutions.

In December 2011, ENPM received 8(a) certification from the U.S. Small Business Administration, further strengthening its commitment to excellence and service. Led by Art Jackson, a member of the National Speakers Association and a certified mediator with the Virginia State Supreme Court, ENPM brings a wealth of expertise and a proven track record to every client engagement.
